Processing time

Orders are packed with care and usually ship within a few business days. During new collection launches and holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also follow your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Address issues and lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, contact us and we will help.
